  • Cancellation and Refunds: If you cancel the event, the deposit may be non-refundable. Cancellation terms and refund policies will be specified in the contract.

4. Responsibilities

  • Client Responsibilities: You are responsible for providing accurate information, including event details and any special requirements. You must also ensure timely communication and decision-making to facilitate the planning process.
  • Our Responsibilities: We will use our best efforts to provide services as outlined in the contract. We are not liable for any third-party issues, including but not limited to vendor performance, venue conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Changes and Amendments

Any changes to the event or services must be communicated and agreed upon in writing. Additional charges may apply for significant changes or requests outside the scope of the original agreement.

6. Liability

  • Limitation of Liability: Gana Event Planners is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.
  • Force Majeure: We are not responsible for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or other events.

7. Confidentiality

We will keep all client information confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or necessary to fulfill our services.
